Tomiwa Timilehin

Class of 2015, Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.

Meet Tolase Tomiwa Timilehin (@teegreens) a Pathfinder and an alumni, Class of 2015, the Dynamic Set. 

Tomiwa is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Landmark University, currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Lagos. 

Tomiwa’s career path spans the construction industry and food industry. 

Currently, he is the CEO of “Capstone Mega Project and Properties Limited” (@capstonepropertystudio). A construction company that focuses on the building and development of luxury smart homes, across Lagos, Abuja and Ibadan.

Capstone is a brand that is currently carving a niche for itself by pioneering modern construction, smart homes and luxury edifices in Africa; by redefining quality and luxurious living.

It is worthy to note that within 2 years of launching out as a brand, Capstone had handled successfully over 20 of these kinds of projects. 

Capstone also has strong partnerships in Dubai and the US, including “TD Realty” as one their US partners.

A proud moment for Tomiwa regarding Capstone is the soon to be launched project, the development of ‘Home of the Future’ by Capstone LuXuries. An advanced smart city, the first of its kind in Africa and West Africa.

Tomiwa is also the Managing Director of  Teemark Foods (@teemarkfoods). 

A company that caters to packaged foods, bulk supply and contract production of foods. With a focus on dry foods (fiber, sea foods and proteins), local snacks, spices and vegetables.
