Nicole is a graduate of Economics, who works professionally as a Project Manager with ‘Interswitch Group’, a leading Payments/Transaction processing Unicorn in Africa.
Her career path has been value adding, with the acquisition of progressive experience and skills in IT Project & Delivery Management, asides several the acquisition of multiple professional certifications (PMP, CSM, IHRM, LSSYB).

The management and delivery of major internal central switch implementation and switch implementation for several financial institutions in Africa, deploying infrastructure for Transaction processing, Card management, Terminal management, and Card scheme certifications, using several switch applications.
Her work also spans the delivery and implementation of Mastercard and Visa contactless card acceptance in 10 banks across Africa, driving financial inclusion in various economies.
Nicole also contributed significantly to improved financial inclusion through the Group’s enhanced customer experience and fund access to the unbanked customers in Nigeria via implementation of several Agency Banking Solutions.
